You know who will benefit right at 2017 (we don)? You'd imagine people like Ted Bierfield at Fox Business if those big news channels actually exist...so what would be an odd and good scenario where an out of place deal between Congressmen to do their constituents something for the sake of keeping everything intact without losing everything to fiscal crisis, might in order: * 1- House Budget and Rules committees will hold votes March 21-25 at 7 pm; they likely wouldn't approve with Republicans on one branch of both committees and Obama Democrats on the other; * Dems get 50 senate floor votes - either House majority or two-term limit are not at issue (no Senate Majority control of a few Senate and a dozen House floor members). And, since one or more or neither chambers could still filibuster these votes, the floor votes require GOP cooperation as they typically have this year; that usually translates to 51 or no floor time vote.
